Void Clearance

Our void clearance service is aimed towards housing associations and councils as a means to remove bulk waste from their property. We can also remove fly-tipped waste and waste from communal bin areas.

Void clearance can include things such as bulk waste removal including furniture disposal and WEEE electrical appliances from homes.

There are three main stages to this service.

1. One day before we are due to arrive, we will agree with you which, and how much, waste materials need recycling from the property and we work out the most cost-effective way of collecting and recycling them.

2. We visit the site, identify health and safety issues and decide if the waste is to be collected in a specially designated area or whether we carry out a wait and load service.

3. we email the completed Duty of care waste transfer note and we do waste reports monthly so you can track what materials have been recycled. The weight of each clearance is documented from our onboard vehicle weighing scales. All relevant documents, itemising for you all the costs, weight, yards of waste collected, and recycling details.

We cover the UK, although some areas are very remote, and a surcharge will be applied.

Yes, most of the time, you should receive a call, text, or email communicating we are enroute about 30 minutes before.

Yes, we have collected rubbish on Sundays although this will occur an out of hours surcharge and we need time to organise a team.
